Integrating Operational Dashboards

A new feature for Personify is the ability to display operational dashboards on your Personify Welcome screen. A fully-functional dashboard opens in your user interface after you log into Personify with your persona. The dashboard displays data in the form of charts and graphs that reflect information from the module you select.

The seven module dashboards currently available to Personify users are the following:

• Abstracts Dashboard

• Advertising Dashboard

• Fundraising Dashboard

• Meeting Dashboard

• Membership Dashboard

Personify also offers two other dashboards not module-specific:

• Customer Summary Dashboard

• Executive Dashboard

Operational dashboards pull information from your BOE server to populate the analytics.

One BOE server can support multiple organizations; however, if you plan to use the dashboard product, keep in mind that your dashboard queries information from the BOE server which includes information from all organizations supported by the server. This situation may not be ideal for your dashboard analytics if your organizations are separate entities and you want your dashboard to only show reporting on one organization.

The Personify application now integrates with BusinessObjects Xcelsius 2008 Dashboard Designer Tool. This tool allows you to build your own dashboards.
