Working with Dashboards

The Data Analyzer application comes with seven fully-functional dashboards that you can view from within Data Analyzer as well as Personify. The dashboards display data in the form of charts and graphs that reflect information from the module you select.

 

Operational dashboards selects information from the production database on the BOE server to populate the analytics.

 

The five module dashboards currently available to Personify users are the following:

·            Abstracts Dashboard

·            Advertising Dashboard

·            Fundraising Dashboard

·            Meeting Dashboard

·            Membership Dashboard

 

Personify also offers two other dashboards not module-specific:

·            Customer Summary Dashboard

·            Executive Dashboard

 

This section provides sample screenshots of what each analytic in the module dashboards may look like and a description of the information contained in them as well as how to work with the information.

Note.pngOperational dashboards select information from the production database on the BOE server to populate the analytics. If the BOE server supports multiple organizations, the dashboard analytics will reflect the data pertaining to the logged in users org and org unit id.
