Accessing Advertiser Maintenance

To access advertiser maintenance:

1.    Using the Advertising Manager persona, from the toolbar, select Advertisers and Agencies > Advertiser Maintenance.
The Advertisers search screen displays, as shown below.

2.    From this screen, you can perform any of the following:

·            Enter the appropriate search criteria and click Search to open an existing advertiser in Advertiser Maintenance

·            Click Create New Customer to create a new advertiser.

·            Perform a search and make an existing Personify customer an advertiser.

3.    Once you open an advertiser in Advertiser Maintenance, you can perform any of the following:

·            Maintaining Advertiser Demographics

·            Maintaining Advertiser Directory Information

·            Adding Advertiser Products and Services

·            Recording Advertiser Advertisements in Other Journals

·            Viewing Contract History

·            Creating a New Advertising Contract

·            Viewing Purchasing Analysis

·            Viewing Advertiser Membership Information

·            Adding List Demographics

·            Adding an Advertising Relationship

·            Work with Ad Creative Maintenance

·            Maintaining Contacts

·            Opening an Advertiser in Customer Central
