Maintaining Advertiser Contacts

Click Maintain Advertiser Contacts from the Advertiser Detail task category or Maintain Agency Contacts from the Agency Detail task category to display the Contact Tracking screen, shown below. The Contact Tracking screen allows you to keep track of all contacts between your organization and the advertiser. From here you can view, add, or edit contact tracking records for your advertiser customer.
