Making an Existing Personify Customer an Advertiser

Personify allows you to take an existing customer record in your Personify database and make it into an advertiser without having to recreate that customer record in the Advertiser Maintenance screen.

To make an existing Personify customer an advertiser:

1.    From the toolbar, select Advertisers and Agencies > Advertiser Maintenance.
The Advertisers search screen displays.

2.    From the Search Parameters section, select "No" from the Is an Advertiser drop-down.

3.    Search for the customer you want to make into an advertiser.

4.    Double-click the record from the search results grid.
The following message displays:

5.    Click Yes to make the customer an advertiser.
The customer opens in Advertiser Maintenance.
