The Lists screen maintains records on demographic values assigned to advertisers. You can associate various customer records with specific mailing lists, such as promotional or media. Since the types and codes used in this screen are user-defined, you can also use them to define and store additional demographic elements not otherwise stored in the system. These attributes can then be associated with a customer and later be used to perform sort and select options against this data.
To create list records:
1. From
the Advertiser Detail or Agency Detail task category in Advertiser
Maintenance, click Maintain List Demographics.
The Lists screen displays, as shown below.
2. Click
Add.
A new row displays in the grid and the accompanying Lists Details fields
become active.
3. Select
the Demographics from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed CUS "DEMOGRAPHICS"
system type.
4. Select the Sub-Demographics from the drop-down.
5. If necessary, enter the Number.
6. Select the Begin Date from the drop-down.
7. If necessary, select the End Date from the drop-down.
8. Enter any additional Comments in the text box.
9. Click Save.
