Setting Up Notification Events

This section provides instructions on setting up business rules for notification services. The Personify Email Notifications screens (described below) replaced the Email and Activity Event Setup (APP011) screen that was used in TIMSS. Other system setups also include third-party interface configuration setup.

 

Notification Events can also be executed via Personify Workflows created by your association using the Personify Workflow Designer.

To setup Personify Notifications:

1.    Define the email notification service queues.

2.    Define the standard email notification header.

3.    Define the standard email notification footer.

4.    Define the email notification test recipients.

5.    Define email notification events.

 

Once you have setup your notification events, the following tasks can be performed:

·            Editing the Notification Message Template

o           Assigning Alternate Templates to a Single Notification Event

·            Defining the Notification Workflow Key

·            Configuring Activity and Contact Tracking Records

·            Creating Cc/Bcc Recipients Based on Data Conditions

·            Editing Procedure Table Names

·            Viewing the Notification Process

·            Viewing a Message Sent via the Notification Service
