At this point in the setup process, please log off of Personify and log on again under the new organization unit created in the “Organization Structure and Accounting Setup” section.
The following tasks must be completed to properly setup the system information for the organization you just created:
· Defining General Organization Unit System Setup Parameters
· Setting Up Organization Unit EFT Bank Information
· Creating a BusinessObjects Environment
· Copy TRS Setup: the following tables are delivered by the system and never changed: TRS_USER_SETUP_BASE, TRS_USER_FILE_BASE, TRS_USER_PARAMETER_BASE. When you copy TRS setups, the system copies from these tables to the TRS_USER_SETUP, TRS_USER_FILE and TRS_USER_PARAMETER tables for the Org/Org Unit of the Org/Org Unit open in Organization Unit Maintenance (APP003) screen.
· Copy Notification Setup: the following tables are copied from the Org/Org Unit of the logged in user to the Org/Org Unit that is open on the Organization Unit Maintenance (APP003) screen: NTS_NOTIFICATION, NTS_NOTIFICATION_DETAIL,NTS_NOTIFICATION_TEST_RECIPIENT, NTS_NOTIFICATION_FOOTER, NTS_NOTIFICATION_HEADER, NTS_NOTIFICATION_QUEUE.
The Copy TRS Setup and Copy Notification Setup tasks should always be performed every time a new Org/Org Unit is created.
