System Setup Overview

The purpose of this section is to aid system/application administrators in setting up the Personify application, such as defining:

·            System types and codes

·            Organizational information

·            Accounting-related information

The setup process uses six setup categories:

1.    Application Setup

2.    Organization Structure and Accounting Setup

3.    Organization Unit Defaults Setup

4.    Search Functionality Setup

5.    Other System Setups (Notifications and Third-Party)

6.    Security Setup

7.    Subsystem-specific Setup - once the system setup is complete, the organization can set up each subsystem, which is detailed in the sections specific to each subsystem.

System setup needs to be performed in the order below:
