Editing Membership Order Corporate Associates

Using the Corporate Associates screen, you can enter new associates that have the same address as the customer, add linked customers as corporate associates, and add non-linked customers as corporate associates.

 

Associate customers can be added as order sub-lines to a company’s membership order so that each named “associate” customer receives membership benefits. The membership rules determine how many associate membership slots are allocated per member company. The ship-to customer will be changed on each of these lines to link to the associate’s customer record. If the company needs to change an associate mid-term in the membership, they will use the Transfer function to accomplish this.

 

If you modify this list after a Membership order is activated, a message displays asking you if you want to recalculate the CAC product dues. This message displays if you set the RECALC_NAMED_ASSOC_DUES application parameter to “N”.
