Setting Up Workflows

Setting up Personify Workflows for implementation involves the use of both the Personify Workflow Designer and either the Personify Application Designer or Personify Web Forms Designer (depending on the type of form associated with the workflow). You must perform the following steps in this order to produce an executable workflow:

·            Enabling Elements for Workflows

·            Enabling Notification Events for Workflows (required for workflows that use the “Send Email Notification” command)

·            Creating a Workflow

·            Integrating Workflows in Forms
