The Household Credits screen displays, as shown below.
When any member of a household makes a donation, a soft credit record can be created for the household, based on organization unit setup. Soft credits are created for the entire donation amount, even if the hard credit is created on pledge payment. Soft credit records can qualify the household for donor recognition.
In addition, from the household record, you can view hard and soft credits awarded to household members.
To view a household's credits in Household360:
1. From
the Fundraising Information task category in Household360,
click Credits.
The Household Credits screen displays, as shown below.
2. Proceed to add household credits.
3. Access
the Household Member Credits tab
to view credits for each household member, as shown below.
4. Double-click a record in the grid to open the gift in Donation Entry.
5. Click
the Main Page link to return to the overview page, as shown below.
