Capability and inclination scores are an important tool used by fund development managers and major gift officers to identify potential donor prospects.
Many organizations purchase this data from third-party companies and upload the data. It is most likely that purchased data would be at the individual customer level, but as of 7.4.2, organizations can now track this kind of data at the household level. To track capability and inclination information at the household level, the household constituent record will be used.
The
information on this screen is read-only. You can manually add a capability/inclination
score to a constituent's record from Donor360®.
