Understanding the Household360™ Header Information

The header at the top of the Household360 screen displays the most meaningful at-a-glance data about a household. Please note that this header information was developed using HTML and cannot be edited using the Application Designer. If necessary, the HTML code can be modified to include/exclude details and demographics according to your organization's preferences.

The information displayed within the header is numbered in the image below. See the numbered list that follows for more information.

1.    Household Name – if the household was created from an existing constituent, the household name defaults to "[constituent's last name] Household". Although this name is automatically generated by the system, it can be changed during household creation. For more information, please see Creating a Household from an Existing Constituent. If the household was created from scratch, the household name that displays here is whatever was entered in the "Last Name" field on the Create New Household Member speed form. For more information, please see Creating a Household from Scratch.

2.    Household ID – the household ID is an automatically generated alphanumeric number. Although this number is automatically generated by the system, it can be changed during household creation. After the new household has been saved, this number cannot be changed. For more information, please see Creating a Household.

3.    IMS Badges – if the household qualifies for a particular defined IMS role, the appropriate "badge" will display. For more information, please see IMS Roles in Household360.

4.    Relationships – this link displays the number of current relationships defined for the household. Click this link to open the Relationships screen. For more information, please see Viewing All Household Relationships in Household360.

5.    Address – the household's primary formatted HOME address displays. For more information, please see Managing Household Addresses.

Note.pngBecause the household's name is redundant and other fields may not be desired, organizations have control over what is displayed. From the Address and Phone Structure screen, admin users can uncheck the "Available On Screen" checkbox for any piece of the address.

Note.png If the household's address is bad, a red X will display. Place your cursor over the X to display a tool tip that says, "Bad Address’". Please note that a green check mark will NOT display if the address is good because the assumption is that the address is good. If the household's preferred communication method is Mail, "*Preferred" (not pictured above) will display underneath the address.

6.    Primary Mobile & Home Phone Numbers – if a "Phone" communication record has been defined with a Type of "Mobile", the mobile phone that has been designated as primary will display. Additionally, the primary "Home" phone will display, if defined.

7.    View Contact Info – click this link to open the Contact Information screen below in Household360. For more information, please see Viewing Household Contact Information in Household360.

8.    Household Status – (not pictured above) if the household status is changed to "Duplicate", a red "Duplicate" label will display below the household name, as shown below. For more information on how to set a household as a duplicate, please see Updating Household Demographic Information in Household360.
