The status of the committee member within the committee. For example, Active or Inactive. This field is located on the Committee Member Details (COM002) screen.

POSITION

The position of the committee member within the committee For example, Chairman or Member. This field is located on the Committee Member Details (COM002) screen, the Committee Central > Define Committee Structure screen, and the Committee Central > Committee Nominations screen.

TERM

The term period (in months) that is used as a default to calculate the end date of the added member. This field is located on the Committee Central > Define Committee Structure screen.

VOTING_STATUS

Indicates whether the committee member assigned to the position is allowed to vote in the committee. This field is located on the Committee Member Details (COM002) screen and the Committee Central > Define Committee Structure screen.
