Some organizations use an individual or committee to review award nominations. Although reviewers are not necessarily responsible for choosing an award winner, reviewer scores and comments play a vital role in the evaluation of nominees. Reviewers are set up per awards program.
If the awards program is defined with a Reviewer Type of "Individual", any number of individual customers can be added as reviewers. From the Award Nominations screen, only the individuals defined during the awards program setup will be available.
If the awards program is defined with a Reviewer Type of "Committee", only one committee can be added as the reviewer. From the Award Nominations screen, only the committee defined during the awards program setup will be available.
