The GL Account Segments Maintenance screen displays, as shown below.
The GL Account Segments Maintenance screen allows you to enforce logic about values of each segment. You can set up rules for the logic.
To maintain GL account segments:
1. On the Define Segment Structure screen, click Define Valid Segments.
2. Select
the appropriate segment number within the organization.
The GL Account Segments Maintenance screen displays, as shown below.
3. Click Add Segment Value.
4. Enter the Segment Value.
5. Enter the Description.
6. Select the Active status.
7. Click Save.
