This document describes the base notification events delivered with the Personify 7.3.1 release. The notification events are categorized by the subsystem it is associated with and are listed with an overview of when the notification is generated and what information displays in the delivered email.
It is important to first create a communications plan that outlines how members and customers can receive automated emails from Personify. The notifications that come with the base Personify are suggestions for emailing customers during certain events or interactions with your organization. There is overlap between several of the notifications which will be stated in the specific notification section that can cause two emails to be sent for the same event.
The sections within each Notification include the following:
· Purpose of the Notification Stored Procedure - A description of what event will cause an email to be sent to the user.
· Triggers on Tables - Some events are initiated by a database trigger on a table, when a record is added or updated.
· Business Change Options - These are suggestions about how to change the logic of a notification to meet your particular business scenario.
