The Visual Scheduler is the core of the Facility Room Rentals and Reservations subsystem. It is essentially a calendar that allows room reservation scheduling with order entry support.

From the Visual Scheduler screen, you can perform the following tasks:
· Creating an Internal Room Reservation
· Holding a Room for a Future Room Rental
· Creating a Room Rental Order
