The Customer Summary V1 universe was specifically developed to address some of the issues being encountered running Customer Summary from the Call Center screen. This new universe would eliminate the dependency on running MBR900 process to fetch the membership related information and also the queries related a customer’s committee, demographics, donations and purchase history has been streamlined.
