This online report generates a Certificate of Completion for a single participant or all participants in a transcript program (i.e., course, exam, or other activity producing a continuing education credit). It includes the type and title of the activity and the number of CE credits awarded. A user parameter determines if the name of the speaker or instructor is included on the certificate.
