Changing the Ship-To Customer of a Membership Subscription Benefit

By default, membership subscription benefits will be sent to the ship-to customer on the order. If necessary, the ship-to customer for the membership subscription can be changed. For example, if a company purchases a membership for an employee, the ship-to customer should be changed to the customer who should receive the subscription, rather than the company who purchased it.

Note.pngChanges made to the ship-to customer of a membership subscription will NOT revert back when the membership is renewed.

To change the ship-to customer of a membership subscription:

1.    From the Order Entry screen, click Edit Membership Subscriptions from the Work with Line Items task category.

2.    Select the appropriate subscription from the list.

3.    Click Change Subscriber.
The Customer Chooser displays.

4.    Search for and select the appropriate customer.

5.    Click Save.
