Adding Audit Information to a Membership Subscription Benefit Order

If the membership subscription for a publication is being audited by either ABC or BPA, then additional demographic information is required in order to add orders to your BPA900 count totals.

Note.pngThe information you enter on this screen will be automatically added to the Subscription Audit Information screen in CRM360 for the constituent on the order.

To add audit information:

1.    From the Order Entry screen, click Edit Membership Subscriptions from the Work with Line Items task category.
The Membership Subscriptions screen displays.

2.    Click Audit Qualification Info.
The Audit Qualifications Maintenance screen displays, as shown below.

3.    Click Add Audit Info.
The Subscription Product Chooser displays.

4.    Search for and select the appropriate subscription product.
The Audit Agency is automatically populated.

5.    By default, the Qualification Date is set to today. Change this if necessary.

6.    Select the Qualification Source from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the fixed SUB "QUALIFICATION_SOURCE" system type.

7.    Select the Qualification Method from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the fixed SUB "QUALIFICATION_METHOD" system type.

8.    Enter the Qualification Batch number.

9.    If necessary, select the Industry from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed SUB "INDUSTRY" system type.

10.  If necessary, select the SIC Code from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed SUB "SIC" system type.

11.  If necessary, select the Company Size from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed SUB "COMPANY_SIZE" system type.

12.  If necessary, select the Job Function from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed SUB "JOB_FUNCTION system type.

13.  If necessary, select the Job Title from the drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed SUB "JOB_TITLE system type.

14.  If necessary, enter the Responder.

15.  If necessary, enter any Personal Info.

16.  Click Save.

17.  If you have more than one publication audit information defined and want to update the information of one publication to all the other publications, click Update for All Publications.
Please note that if one of the publications has a past date, the system will disable that record and create a new record with today's date.

18.  If necessary, add additional demographics:

a.    Click Additional Demographics.
The Additional Demographics screen displays, as shown below.

b.    Click Add.

c.    Select the Section from the drop-down.

d.    Select the Question from the drop-down.

e.    Select the Response from the drop-down.

f.      Click Save.
