The user is taken to this control if his/her email address is already
in the system. This is not expected to be a frequent occurrence. Here,
the user has the ability to perform the following actions: log into the
site, retrieve his/her forgotten password or username, or provide an alternate
email address to begin the membership process.
This control needs to be dropped on a web page. It is up to each client
to determine the appropriate location of this page. The
Configuring Web Settings for the Membership Join Users Already Exist
section details how to set up the control on your website. The instructions
are intended for a user with web admin/host privileges.
After setting up the User Already Exists control, your constituents
will see the control similar to the one displayed below.
