From the Demographics task category, click Product Links to view
the Product Links screen. This screen allows you to view the linked products
related to the customer. The table includes the product information for
the linked products, along with the relationship, status, evaluation,
and grade (as necessary). Click Product Details to display the
Product Maintenance screen where you can view more information on the
linked product.
