As of 7.4.1, if a constituent misplaces his/her SSO login password or his/her account has been compromised, you can send an email to his/her primary email address with a link to reset his/her password on the web.
To reset a constituent's web password:
1. On the CRM360 screen, click
the hyperlink next to Web
Credentials. If web
credentials have not been created, the link will display "Create
a web login". If web credentials exist, the link will display the
constituent's User Name. See

The Web Access Control screen displays, as shown below.
2. Click Reset Password.
An email is sent to the constituent's primary email address with a link
to reset their password on the web.
