If your users decide to enter a nomination for a customer that does not already exist in your association’s database, the next step is to enter the new nominee information.
If
the user chooses to self-nominate or enter a nomination for an existing
customer, this step is skipped and they are taken straight to the Nominee
Details page.
After the user has selected the awards program and clicked Enter nominee information, the New Nominee page is displayed.
If the new nominee is an individual, the following form is displayed:

red asterisk (*) indicates a required
field.
After the user is finished entering the new nominee’s information, they must click Next to proceed. If they decide they would like to venture back to the Awards Program & Nominee page and possibly select a different nominee option, they can click Previous to navigate back.

· Organization
When entering new nominee information, the web user must choose between
an individual or organization. Entering new nominee information for an
organization requires that a customer class of “COMPANY” be set up in
the back-office for awards.
