The maximum number of nominations is defined during the setup of the awards program. The system will NOT check the number of nominees entered on the Award Nominations screen against that number OR prevent nominations from being entered after the maximum has been reached. Therefore, it is important to manually monitor the number of nominations being entered. The nomination records added via this screen are added to the AWD_Award_Nomination table.
To add a nominee to an award program:
1. From
the Personify main toolbar, select Awards Maintenance > Maintain
Nominations.
The Award Nominations screen displays, as shown below.

Alternatively, if you are viewing an
awards programs on the Manage Awards Programs screen, you can click Maintain
Nominations from the Work with Awards task category to access
the Award Nominations screen.
2. Search for and select the appropriate award. The Award Nominations screen that appears to the left is displayed.
3. From
the Nominee Details, click Add.
The Select a Nominee screen is displayed.
4. Search
for and select the appropriate customer OR create a new customer to add
an as nominee.
The nominee is added to the grid. By default, the new nominee’s Status
is set to ‘Nominated’, the Status Date is set to today’s date, and the
Avg Score is ‘0.00’.
