The
Crystal Report should be saved on the server.
On the Reports Maintenance screen, click Refresh Parameters from the TRS Application Setup task category. This task is helpful when you are creating new reports or changing existing report parameters. Once you upload the report with parameters to the server, click this task and Personify reads the Crystal Report and uploads the parameters automatically.
