ProductClassCode |
Used to distinguish between break-out sessions and social events
from general sessions. It can also be used to give a discount
to a certain class of products. This is a fixed code, so only
codes created on the Product Maintenance screen can be entered.
The options available are determined by the Product Type of the
Parent Product. |
SessionTrackCode |
Used to describe session tracks for larger meetings with
multiple sessions and link related sessions to a track. For example,
Executive, Finance, or Tech. This is a fixed code, so only codes
created on the Product Maintenance screen can be entered.
If you enter a track code and
your meeting parent product does not already have this code assigned
to it, the application updates your parent product with the session
track code. |
ShortName |
This is the invoice description. If your Product Name is extraordinary
long, you can edit the description to appear on the invoice to
50 characters. If the Invoice Description is longer than 50 characters,
it will be cropped off the invoice. |
LongName |
This is the product name and describes the session. It is an
alphanumeric field with approximately 120 characters. |
ZeroPriceFlag |
This column is in place of the Zero Price flag on the General
Meeting Setup screen. For the purposes of this template, you must
enter “YES.” |
