Creating a Fundraising Gift

Fundraising gifts are defined to facilitate the processing of donations from members and constituents. The valid types of donation gifts include:

·            Cash

·            In-kind

·            Matching Gift

·            Memo

·            Planned Giving

·            Pledge

·            Stock

To set up a fundraising gift:

1.    Define the general gift information.

2.    Define default gift amounts.

3.    Define GL accounts.

4.    Define Revenue accounts.

5.    Define components.

6.    Validate setup.
