The Facilities section of the Help instructs you on how to work with the Facility Reservations (yellow) and Facility Orders (purple) sections of this diagram. In order to use Facility Reservations and Room Rentals subsystem functionality in Personify, you must set up individual facilities and rooms (blue), as well as room reservation, food service, and option products (orange).
