Accessing the Facility Launch Screen

To access the Facility Launch screen:

·            Using the Facility Rental Manager or Facility Rental Staff persona, from the Personify main toolbar, select Facilities > Facility Launch.
The Facility Launch screen displays, as shown below.

From this screen, you can perform the following tasks:

·            Define Facility System Types and Codes

·            Define Facility Room Rental Products

·            Manage Rental Facilities and Rooms
