The Customer Summary universe serves the same purpose as Customer Profile universe and is being introduced to rectify some of the defects. As eventually the Customer Profile Universe and the reports concerning it will be deprecated.
This universe still provides the following information, it provides a snapshot of a customer’s activities such as the Member Group he/she belongs to, demographic info, committee details, spending and purchasing nature over the last three years, and fundraising information such as his/her first donation, last donation, and total donations.
