The All Order Entry universe lets you generate reports and queries, as well as perform additional analysis, on all orders in the Personify database. These queries and analyses can also be done, regardless of subsystem, on customers related to these orders.
This universe contains product, price and payment information; standard name, address, communication and membership information for ship-to customers and bill-to customers; as well as some subsystem-specific product information, information about marketing, discounts, coupons, categories and keywords.
As of the 7.3.1 release, additional objects have been added to the All Order Entry universe which provide the capability to navigate to a particular record in Personify from the Data Analyzer report. Once added to a report, the object will be displayed as a hyperlink in the report. Clicking the hyperlink on the report (View mode only) will take you to the appropriate record in Personify.
