The Order Listing tab displays all the orders made by members of the subgroup. You can filter the orders that display based on the order type, subsystem, contract ID, order status, or date range. Double-click on an order in the grid to open that order in Order Entry. To filter the orders displayed, select the appropriate radio button and click Go. The orders made my members of the subgroup display.
To filter and view order listings:
1. From
the Order Listing tab (shown below), if necessary, highlight the appropriate
subscription or membership order and click the Issues Served button.
2. If
necessary, highlight the appropriate order and click the Print Invoice
button.
An invoice prints automatically.
3. Click Save.
