The Overview for All Household Members section of the Household360 screen (highlighted below) displays quantitative and qualitative data that should be helpful to most Personify users when they first pull up a household record. This section reflects information based on all current household members (even household members with a customer status code of "DECEASED"). Organizations that wish to remove a screen element from this screen can do so via the Application Designer. Please note that if an element is removed, you may also want to update the stored procedure to increase performance.
This calculation includes the last gift/donation made by current household members, regardless whether the gift occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If the last gift was given by a donor who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the gift was made, it will not be shown.
This calculation includes the largest gift made by current household members, regardless whether the gift occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If the largest gift was given by a donor who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the gift was made, it will not be shown.
The first number is the total amount of donations for this calendar year. The second number is the total amount of donations for the last calendar year. This calculation includes all gifts made by current household members, regardless whether the gift occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If gifts were made this year/last year by a donor who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the gift was made, it will not be included.
This calculation includes the total amount of all donations across all years made by current household members, regardless whether the gift occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If gifts were made by a donor who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the gift was made, it will not be included.
This calculation includes the total amount of past due pledge amounts of current household members only, regardless whether the pledges occurred while the donor was a member of the household or not. If pledges were made by a donor who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the pledge was made, it will not be included.
This calculation includes balances for current household members, regardless whether orders occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If orders with a balance due were made by a customer who is not currently part of this household but who was a member of this household when the order was made, it will not be included.

The first number indicates the sum of amounts due on all active orders
where any household member is the bill-to customer (not including deferred
amounts).
· Total:
The second number indicates the sum of amounts due on all active orders
where any household member is the bill-to customer (including deferred
amounts).
This calculation includes the total of all spending by current household members, regardless if the spending occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If a customer who is not currently a part of this household had spending while they were part of this household, that spending amount will not be included.

first number indicates the sum of all order amounts this fiscal
year where any household member is the Line-Level Ship To or the Bill
To.
· Lifetime:
The
second number indicates the sum of all order amounts where any
household member is the Line-Level Ship To or the Bill To.
The score indicates involvement of household members with the organization; points are assessed for registrations, donations, orders, committee positions held, etc.
This calculation includes the total score for all activities, gifts, and orders for current household members, regardless if the activities, gifts, or orders occurred while the customer was a member of the household or not. If a customer who is not currently a part of this household had activities, gifts, or orders while they were part of this household, the household score will not include the score for those activities, gifts or orders.
