On the Officers and Subgroup Members tabs, check the Group Actions checkbox for the records that apply. You can now carry out the tasks in the Group Actions task category for the record selected. You can perform the following using the Group Actions task category:
· Email the Subgroup – Opens the E-Mail screen to send an email to the selected subgroup members.
· Register Members for Meetings – Allows you to register the selected members for a meeting.
· Select all Members – When clicked, all the members in the Officers/Members table are selected.
· Unselect all Members – When clicked, all the members in the Officers/Members table are deselected.
· Print Label – When clicked, a label is printed for the selected member.
