Making a Customer a Member

From the Common Tasks task category on the Customer Central screen or the Memberships task category on the Call Center screen, you can add a customer to a membership. Click Make me a member! to open the Order Entry screen and create an order for a membership. Once a customer has been made a member, the membership information is displayed in the Essential Information and Membership Detail sections on the Customer Details tab.

 

If the customer already belongs to a membership, click on Change my membership to access the Order Entry screen and change the current membership.
