To upgrade BusinessObjects XI 3.1 to Service Pack 3 (Server):
1. Create a folder named BO_SP3_TEMP on your BOE Server.
2. Navigate to the following file path in the Personify installation package:
Business Objects\Software Upgrades\SP3\Enterprise from BusinessObjects.
3. Copy the following .exe file to the BO_SP3_TEMP folder:
· XI3.1ServicePack3_(Server).exe
4. Double-click the XI3.1ServicePack3_(Server).exe to install BusinessObjects Service Pack 3 as an administrator.
Follow the Installation Wizard.
