If your organization is running BusinessObjects on Windows Server 2008, make sure you have full control over the BusinessObjects installation folder before executing this step.
In order for the dashboards to function and the Personify application to further integrate with Data Analyzer, you need to run a single batch file that accomplishes the following:
Uploads the JSP and JAR Files to enable dashboard functionality.
Uploads the Personify logo to the Data Analyzer application.
Sets the isolation levels for Webi and Crystal Reports to defeat SQL Server shared table locks when running BusinessObjects.

To run the configuration batch file:
1. Navigate to the following folder in the Personify release package:
...\Business Objects\Fresh Install\BOE ServerFiles.
2. If BusinessObjects is not installed in the C:\Program Files\Business Objects\ folder, open the batch file in a text editor, such as Notepad, and edit the batch file with the appropriate path, then save and close the file.
3. Run the batch file (Run.bat) specific to your bit machine as an administrator.
The batch file copied the appropriate files to their necessary location and set the correct isolation level.
