To upgrade the Business Objects XI 3.1 to Service Pack 3 (Client):
1. Create a folder named BO_SP3_TEMP under Program Files on your client machines (TRS / Application Servers).
2. Navigate to the following file path in the Personify installation package:
Business Objects\Software Upgrades\SP3\Enterprise from BusinessObjects.
3. Copy the following .exe file to the BO_SP3_TEMP folder.
· SP3_ClientXI_3.1.exe
4. Double-click the SP3_ClientXI_3.1.exe and install BusinessObjects Service Pack 3 as an administrator.
Follow the Installation Wizard.
