Business Objects Synchronizer Best Practices

• The Environment name should be the same as the database name.

• The Organization field should contain the list of Organizations-OrganizationUnit defined for the selected database.

Synchronization is done only for the selected organization.

Once you have set the necessary parameters, click Synchronize, which can do one of the following four tasks:

• Synchronize users

• Synchronize groups

• Synchronize group members

• Synchronize group privileges
