Make sure to verify all your necessary BOE services are running after you perform any work on a network or the database server where you installed BOE CMS or if you perform any work that may cause the connection between BOE and the BOE CMS database to fail.
If you want to change any of the security settings for the database (for example, username, password), you must do so on the BOE server ODBC DSN.
