Making an Existing Personify Customer an Agency

Personify allows you to take an existing customer in your Personify database and make it into an agency without having to recreate that customer record in the Agency maintenance screen.

To make an existing customer an agency:

1.    From the toolbar, select Advertisers and Agencies > Agency Maintenance.
The Agencies search screen displays.

2.    From the Search Parameters section, select "No" from the Is an Agency drop-down.

3.    Search for the customer you want to make into an agency.

4.    Double-click the record from the search results grid.
The following message displays:

5.    Click Yes to make the customer an agency.
The customer opens in Agency Maintenance.
